We aim to use only what is needed for an effective, professional clean — choosing products for the surface and task, measuring them correctly, and improving how we use packaging, water and equipment.
Concentrates & Refills
We are gradually introducing professional concentrates and durable refillable bottles, measuring product use and reviewing our methods to reduce unnecessary packaging and water use.
Choosing Carefully
For our regular Eco Friendly Cleaning visits, we use gentler, surface-appropriate products in carefully measured amounts. If a task requires stronger specialist treatments, we will discuss it with you and offer it separately through Clear Space Solutions Group.
Water & Equipment
We are reviewing our methods to reduce unnecessary rinsing and water use while maintaining cleaning quality. Suitable equipment and good technique help us work efficiently.
Planning Local Routes
Where possible, we group appointments by area to reduce unnecessary journeys. As we grow, we track product and packaging use so improvements can be measured.
Meet Mikey — our little Quality Control Supervisor 🐰
Mikey is our much-loved family rabbit and the honorary Quality Control Supervisor at Eco Friendly Cleaning.
He takes comfort very seriously: a cosy corner, a peaceful home and plenty of room to hop around. Sharing our home with him is a daily reminder to choose cleaning products thoughtfully, use them correctly and care for the spaces our families and pets enjoy.
Mikey leaves the cleaning to us — but keeps a watchful eye on the results.
Words from homes we care for.
“She has a real eye for detail and leaves the whole house looking spotless and beautifully organised.”
“Absolutely brilliant cleaners. Cleaned and kept my house spotless for three years as well as carrying out usual house keeping. Would highly recommend to anyone.”
